Terms of Use

These terms cover how the Asia Fun Travel planning desk works with your group, what our day-by-day schedules can and cannot promise, and where your own responsibility starts. Read them before you confirm a trip with us.

What we actually build

We put together suggested park days, rest days and transfer windows using the details your group sends us: travel dates, group size, ages, and the departure city you fly from. Everything is a planning document, not a booking confirmation.

Schedules can shift

Opening hours, queue lengths and shuttle timings change without notice, sometimes on the day. Treat the final schedule as a guide. If a park shortens its day or a transfer runs late, we adjust the plan, but we cannot guarantee a specific ride, show or arrival time.

Ride rules belong to the park

Height minimums, safety checks and behaviour rules are set and enforced by each park, not by us. Every traveller has to meet them on the day. If a child is turned away at a ride entrance, that decision stands and is outside our control.

One contact per group

Group bookings need a single main contact who receives confirmations and passes information to everyone else. If details change, that person tells us. We are not responsible for a group member who misses a meeting point because the message never reached them.

Tickets and park entry

We check ticket bundles and dates before anyone pays, so you know what you are getting. Even so, entry is granted under each park's own terms. Those terms sit between you and the park, and they can differ from what our planning notes describe.

Optional extras and changes

City add-ons and wet-weather backup ideas are suggestions you can take or leave. We may update these terms as the service develops; the version published on this page applies from the moment you start using the planning desk. Legal questions can go to info@asiafuntravel.com.
