Best for quick checks: whether a park runs a reduced schedule on your dates, how long a shuttle takes from a hotel cluster to the gate, or whether a ticket bundle still makes sense for your group size.

Group enquiries of ten or more take a little longer, because we check opening hours, height rules and ticket bundles before replying. That check is the point — it means nobody pays for a park day that does not fit the group.
