This page explains what we collect when you ask us to plan a theme park or water park trip, how that information is used, and how you can reach us about it. It applies to new bookings and to anyone browsing the site.

When you send a planning request we keep the names in your group, ages and heights where they matter for ride checks, your travel dates, departure city, and any city add-ons you want. We also store the email address and phone number you give us, plus the messages you send.
Our hosting and analytics tools log basic device and browser details, pages viewed, and referral source. Cookies and similar tags help us see which guides get read and whether forms load properly. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then behave oddly.
Group size, ages and heights feed into ride suitability and height-limit checks. Dates drive park opening hours, transfer times between hotels and parks, and wet-weather backup options. A coordinator confirms ticket bundles and park schedules before any payment step. We do not sell your details.
We pass what is necessary to hosting providers, email and form tools, and analytics services that keep the site running. Where a park or transfer operator needs passenger names or ages to issue tickets, we share only that portion. Processors act on our instructions and are bound by their own data terms.
Planning records are kept while a trip is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up questions. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, and you can withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time. Requests are handled within a month where the law requires it, including GDPR and CCPA rights for visitors in those regions.
Height limits, ride closures and opening hours are set by each park, not by us, and can change on the day. Photos taken during a trip are only shared publicly with the permission of the people in them. Policy updates appear on this page and apply from the date shown above.

We do not run misleading claims, fake urgency, invented endorsements or unverified guarantees about park outcomes. Any partnership or affiliation is stated plainly, and nothing on this site implies an official link to a park operator unless we say so directly.
