What we mean, exactly

A few terms come up on every support call, and they get read differently by different families. Here is how we use them, so nobody is surprised halfway through a park day.

Park day

One full day inside a single park, from the first shuttle to the last transfer back. It includes the rides you actually reach, not a wish list. If a group splits up, each part still counts as the same park day.

Rest day

A day with no park entry booked. It can still hold a city add-on, a slow lunch or a pool afternoon. We mark it clearly on the schedule so grandparents and toddlers get a real break between big days.

Backup list

The indoor and covered options we prepare before you fly, tied to the parks on your route. It is not a promise that every alternative stays open in heavy rain, but it means the group has somewhere to go instead of standing under an awning.

Height rules

Each park sets its own minimums, and staff measure at the ride entrance, not at the gate. A child who clears one coaster may still be short for the next. We list the bands per park so you can plan who rides what before the queue starts.

Coordinator

One person from our desk who holds your dates, park hours and ticket bundle. During the trip, transfer questions, meeting points and schedule changes go through them rather than through several group chats.

Day-by-day card

The short written plan for one date: park, arrival window, suggested ride order, transfer times and the backup if weather turns. Read it the evening before, not in the shuttle, and flag anything that no longer fits.

Where these definitions stop

We plan park days, water park visits, transfers and city add-ons. We do not book flights, handle visas or arrange travel cover, and we do not give medical or financial advice. If a park changes its opening hours or closes a ride on the day, we work from the published information and adjust the schedule with you.

Questions that come up while you're already there

Most of these reach us from a hotel lobby or a park gate, phone in one hand and a tired four-year-old in the other. Here is how we usually answer them.

It's pouring and the water rides are shut. Now what?

We keep a wet-weather list for every park on your schedule, so you get two or three swaps the same morning: an indoor attraction, a covered play zone, or a city stop that fits the afternoon. You pick one, we adjust the rest of the day around it.

The queue is far longer than the app said. Can we reorder the day?

Yes. Send us where you are standing and we'll suggest a new order, usually pushing the headline ride to the last two hours and moving the younger kids toward gentler attractions in between.

Our shuttle is late and we can't find the meeting point.

One contact handles this instead of five group chats. Tell us the pickup spot and the driver name, and we'll confirm the timing with the transfer company and send you a clear landmark to wait at.

My mother is coming and she won't do coasters. Is that a problem?

Not at all. We build slower pacing into the plan, with shaded seating stops, shorter walking stretches and rest windows in the middle of the day. Grandparents often end up with the best photos.

How do we read the day-by-day cards once you send them?

Each card covers one day: park name, opening hours, transfer time, the rides that suit your youngest, and a backup line at the bottom. Anything marked in yellow is a decision point, so read those first.

What should we pack for a water park day?

Quick-dry towels, water shoes for the kids, a dry bag for phones, and a spare set of clothes per child. Lockers fill up early, so arrive with one bag you can carry rather than three.

Still sorting out what to ask before you fly? The resources page has the checklists we send to every group, and you can always reach us through contact.

When the park day shifts, one message is enough

Rain closing the water rides, queues running longer than the plan assumed, a shuttle that lands late at the hotel gate — these are the moments the support desk exists for. Your coordinator already holds the backup list and the day-by-day cards, so a quick note is usually all it takes to reshuffle the afternoon without losing the day.

Send your travel dates and group size

Not sure yet what you need? Start with what the planning desk covers or skim mixed-age group trips before you write in.

When a park day shifts, you already have a plan B

Support is for the moments that don't match the schedule. Rain closes the water rides, a queue runs an hour longer than the app said, or the shuttle is late and the group is standing in the wrong spot. One coordinator handles it, so you're not chasing five different chats while holding a tired toddler.

If you're still before departure, the same desk answers the smaller questions: how height rules are checked at the gate, what to pack for a water park day, and how to read the day-by-day cards once the schedule lands in your inbox.
